Berthing dynamic estimation by using real time computer simulator
Abstract:
This paper shortly describes main features of spacecraft and their hardware berthing by using space robotic arms. Real time computer simulator may be used for dynamic estimation when joining units and devices have a simple kinematics. Simple frame geometrical models of contact interaction of these devises are proposed for informational support of operator during robotic arm control. Dynamic features of two different berthing operations by using such models are discussed.
