Preprint describes how was making ballistic operative control of support of space projects in 50 - 70 years of the twentieth century in the Keldysh IPM. We discuss the circumstances of solving for key ballistics problems of the first flights to the moon and planets. The story concerns of management & execution methods for operational working during determining trajectory of the observed motion and its correcting.
