Development of a simulation model for aircraft maintenance based on the Internet of Things
Abstract:
Among the innovative technologies that have the greatest impact on the aviation industry, it is worth highlighting the technologies of the Internet of Things and its combinations with other technologies. In addition, it is worth noting that the use of Internet of Things technologies reduces the number of contacts between the personnel involved in the maintenance of the aircraft, which helps to reduce the risk of contracting viral diseases. This work is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of this technology application in optimizing the supply of components and spare parts for aircraft maintenance. To conclude a conclusion about the effectiveness of the application of this technology, a simulation model of the corresponding process is being developed.
