Macroeconomic simulation model of the US economy development
Abstract:
This paper discusses the issue of building a model of the US economy, reflecting the material aspect of the reproduction of GDP, using the reporting of the system of national accounts. A review and analysis of existing methods for constructing models of the economies of countries is carried out, a system of model equations is built, based on the indicators of the US national accounts system and describing the material aspect of the reproduction and consumption of GDP, employment of the population, wages and other indicators. A scenario of inertial development is proposed, with the help of which a forecast of the macroeconomic characteristics of the US economy until 2032 is obtained. The limits of applicability of the model are described.
