Solution of stochastic analog equation during nonequilibrium stage of phase transition and silicon carbide porosity
Formation of long-range defects of pores accumulation is a result of clustering in phase space of sizes of pores and Brownian motion pores into lattice under summary potential of elastic forces. DFs are non-equilibrium during fluctuation stage, the rate of nuclei formation is defined, average defect size has non-linear dependence from sample temperature.
