The environment of modeling, forecasting and expertise as the intellectual core of support management complex systems
Abstract:
We propose an approach to the construction of collective systems of decision support using information, obtained by simulation of complex social systems. Environment modelling, forecasting and impact assessments as the operating environment for cooperation between officials, analysts and experts considered as the intelligent core, unified platform for equipping centers of information and analytical support of activity of management bodies.
