A program package is proposed that solves the chemical kinetics problem with guaranteed accuracy and a chemical reactions database is developed that allows the package to work automatically. The package processes arbitrary number of user chosen reactions, so it is possible to extend the database. The package is realized in Matlab environment but can be easily rewritten in more effective programming languages. It fits for stand-alone using and as a part of large applied programs for gas dynamics with chemical kinetics.
