The system of one – fluid hydrodynamic equations for two – component quasineutral stripped plasma taking into account dissipative effects is obtained. Electron's mass in view of system presented do not equal to zero. The two – component's effects may be investigated on a basis of system obtained. At last, MHD – limit and Hall MHP – limit are considered.
