The problem of information monitoring of mobile objects mobile robots (MR) consists that МR, being elements of distributed mobile system (DMS), execute circumvention of some restricted area of a plane so that any object (including driving) has not remained unnoticed. The basic information and motor procedures of the control system (CS) of MR are considered. It is given neuronetwork algorithm of movement MR. The hierarchy of information and motor behavior of MR in structure DMS is given and on the basis of it the algorithm of of the decision of problem of moving objects detection by information monitoring of dynamic environment is constructed.
