Development of Magnetic Coils to Control a Mock-up of the Satellite to Be Tested in Laboratory Environment
Abstract:
Preprint describes the development of magnetic coil’s parameters such as a number of turns, power consumption, total mass, and optimization of the quantities under mass and power limitations by the mock-up of a satellite. We prove that planar coil with a diameter as large as possible which limited by the mock-up size is prefered under mass and coil’s power constraints. Spoolling of coil has to be made of thin wire with the minimum value of a production of wire’s density and unique resistance. Samples of magnetic coils to be installed on the mock-up are given.
