The short segments in time series analysis for medical problems solution
Abstract:
Short time segments processing method suitable for medical data presented. The method consists of median signal smoothing following with relative stability segments detection. Values on the segments turn out to have diagnostic value. The grave classes of patients are revealed using the method.
