The Analysis of Dynamic Capabilities of the Control Systems by the Spacecraft Built on the Basis of the Reaction Wheels
There are examined two configurations of the reaction wheels’ system in which rotation axes are oriented to on-side to edges of tetrahedral and regular hexahedral pyramids. Parametric relations are adduced for selection of the most rational arrangement of the reaction wheels’ system of control on the spacecraft in the view of providing with the maximum wide capabilities of control by its angular rate. Areas of possible values of an angular momentum of the reaction wheels’ system are built with the purpose to estimate capability of their use as executive devices of the control system by the spacecraft. Capabilities of each configuration of the system are surveyed at failure of one of the reaction wheels.
