Analysis of Gusts at the Vertical Maneuver Phase (“Pitchover”) of the Carrier-Aircraft for the Launch Vehicle Ejection
The paper investigates the gusts action at the vertical maneuver phase (“Pitchover”) of carrier-aircraft. The maneuver is necessary to produce the quasi- zero-gravity conditions for ejection of the launch vehicle through the back cargo door. The stochastic model of three-dimension gusts is constructed for estimation of motion parameters accuracy at the beginning of the launch vehicle motion. The model uses all actual normative documents these limit the normal load factor and angle of attack due to vertical gusts action.
