The investigation of the electromagnetic field’s generation implies the simulation of the beam electron’s collisions in the number of practically important cases. The model of the electron flux in the self-consistent electromagnetic field is considered. The ionizing and elastic collisions between electrons and neutral gas molecules is taking into account. The way of the electronic current density’s and concentration’s determination, which can be used for calculation of electromagnetic field by particle’s method, is offered.
