Numerical Algorithm for the Solution of Crystal Growth Problems in Multicomponent Alloys.
Abstract:
Practically unconditionally stable numerical procedure is proposed for the solution of mass transfer equations with special boundary conditions. The algorithm is used in numerical study for liquid phase epitaxy of multicomponent semiconductor alloys and provides high accuracy and reliability in wide rage of parameters.
