Consistent P_{1}SA Scheme for Acceleration of Inner and Outer Iterations Convergence for the Neutron and Gamma-Rays Transport Equation in One-Dimensional Geometries: Implementation in Code Package REACTOR.

Abstract:

The construction of the P_{1}SA scheme for acceleration of inner and outer iterations convergence consistent with the weighted diamond difference discrete ordinates multigroup transport equation in one-dimensional geometries is discussed. The scattering anisotropy is operated in the P_{k}-approximation. The outer iterations acceleration technique is described for anisotropic scattering neutron thermalization problems and subcritical fission boundary problems. Some numerical examples are given. The described variant of the P_{1}SA algorithm is implemented in the code package REACTOR.
