The numerical simulation of the electron heating in laser plasma
The numerical solution of Landau – Fokker – Plank equation for the electron distribution function in infinite plasma with variable electric field is received. We have used the completely conservative difference schemes. Degree of convergence with mesh refinement is estimated. The strong distribution function anisotropy in the electric field direction takes place for the semi-period of the plasma heating by the variable electric field.
