Superrotation in the two-dimensional problem of the convection of the compressed viscous gas
Abstract:
By basing on the compressed viscous gas Navier-Stokes equation the model of superrotation in a infinit-long layer, heated bellow, is constructed. For different Rayleigh numbers with superimposing on undisturbed convective rolls the initial vertical wind shift in system the nondecating horizontal flow periodical in time is discovered. The model may be diffused for a circular atmospheric layer as a section of an atmosphere in the plane of equator in the case of the radius of the circular is more larger then its depth. The results may be useful for explanation of the rotation of the atmospheres of Venus, Earth and others planets and rotating stars.
