On inverse problems of 3D time-dependent Navier-Stokes equations for free convection heat transfer
Abstract:
The inverse problem of convection is discussed to retrieve the unknown parameters in boundary conditions using measured flow parameters in a set of points. The convection was described by the time-dependent 3D Navier-Stokes equations. Direct problem was solved by explicit finite volumes method. The numerical experiments confirmed the feasibility of source temperature and turn-on moment determination.
