Stochastic models of nanoporosity structures and condensation clusters
Abstract:
Computer simulation of the nucleation of porosity upon implantation of inert gas ions as well as vapor condensation in the discharge plasma is based on the solution of the equations of the kinetic theory describing the initial fluctuation stage of the phase transition. Jump-like and diffusion Markov processes described by the Itô equations make it possible to analyze the distribution of melt droplet clusters by charges or vacancy-gas pores by size and Cartesian coordinates of the volume in which the phase transition is considered. Nonequilibrium charge fluctuations on condensate drops in the discharge plasma are considered. Conditions for self-organization in the phase spaces of stochastic dynamical variables in an open physical system are discussed. Pores filled with liquids or gases change the stresses in the material lattice and change the phonon thermal conductivity of the layer.
