Approaches to modeling the consequences of decisions taking by condition of counteraction
Abstract:
The paper emphasizes the need to improve methods for assessing the consequences of decisions, especially in matters of safety by condition of counteraction, focuses on the need for mathematical and computer simulation of complex systems interaction processes, analogies are discussed with examples of problem solving in the mechanics of continuous media.
