Numerical study on combustion in a plane narrow channel
Abstract:
A model and some results of numerical simulation of laminar flame propagation in a plane narrow channel where flame front instability develops are presented. The simulation was performed by a parallel software developed for the calculation of three-dimensional reacting multicomponent flows on hierarchical structured grids. Numerical results are compared with experimental data.
