System for the creation of computational grid in the application package for the solution of gas dynamics problems
Abstract:
Is described the system («The designer of regular regions»), intended for the preparation of the work of the parallel application package for the numerical solution of complex two-dimensional gas-dynamic flows on the triangular adaptive grids of variable structure. System provides solution of the following problems: the interactive graphic description of the simulation region, the generation of the «procedural description» of simulation region and its boundaries, the generation of initial triangular grid, verification and correction of the constructed grid.
