Numerical Investigation of the Microwave Discharge in Gas
Abstract:
A three-dimensional computer code has been developed for numerical calcula-tion of the discharge in UHF fields. The two-component model takes into account plasma - gas dynamics, ionization, dissociation, electron diffusion, chemical kinetics etc.
