Mathematical modeling for convective mass transfer. Part 2. Above-critical convection.
Abstract:
The paper is concerned with numerical study for onset of convective motion in liquid phase epitaxy of ternary alloys. The process is considered for Rayleigh number in range from 2 · 103 to 4 · 104. Comparison of 2D and 3D results is performed.
