The Method of the Phonetic Transcription Using Unified Intermediate Phonetic Form.
Abstract:
This paper is devoted to the main problems of language-to-language transcription of name groups. The paper explains the choice of practical transcription as a method of transliterating name groups and explains the need to create a unified phonetic table for multilanguage transcription. Mathematical foundations of transcribing words from one language into another are also presented. These foundations can be used to create a program for multilanguage machine transcription.
