About a Surface Planet Remote Sensing Problem by Way of its Atmosphere.
Abstract:
The problem is considered of the surface remote sensing by way of the planet atmosphere. The efficient method of the space-data atmosphere correction has been developed. The model of the atmosphere transfer characteristics is represented as the linear functional - the superposition integral, underlying the classic linearly-system approach. The optical transfer operator stated mathematically rigorous and physically corrective by the influence functions and spatial-frequence characteristics method. The influence functions and spatial-frequency characteristics of the 'atmosphere - planet surface' system are the functional kernels and the objective characteristics which are invariant about the specific structures of the remote sensing objects, the illumination and observation conditions. The spatial-frequency characteristics are introduced as the Fourier-images of the influence functions over the horizontal coordinates. The basics of the spatial filtration theory, having the wide field of application are described for the remote-sensing problem. The fundamental problems of the three-dimensional radiation transfer are noted.
