An Application of Wigner Formalism to Investigation of the Semiconductor Heterostructures Properties.
Abstract:
In the present paper a possibility of application of 'Galer-kin method' for the solving of boundary-value problem for Wigner equation is investigated. The algorithm and program for the solving of above-mentioned problem is consid-ered.
