Representation of the radiation characteristics and irradiance parameters in natural media as azimuthal and spherical harmonics
Abstract:
Integrated (over the angles) radiation characteristics - the spherical and semi-spherical (for downward and upward irradiance) densities and vertical and horizontal fluxes, – was represented as azimuthal and spherical harmonics . A set of radiation parameters, enough to close the mathematical models for computing of the densities and fluxes in the three- dimensional scattering-absorbing media, was stated.
