In present paper possibility of realization of some cold fusion (CF) mechanisms during electrochemical reactions in a crystal of Pd-D is inverstigated. Thermodynamical aspects of mentioned system are considered; conditions of phase transition and clusterization of “quasi-lattice” deuton gas is obtained. Possibility of ₁D²⁺- Bose – condensation in a crystal matrix which leads to terms of CF origin is discussed: mechanism of CF which consists of overlapping of ₁D²⁺- polaron wave function is suggested.
