On the Moon-to-Earth Trajectories with Gravitational Escape from the Moon Attraction
Abstract:
The Moon-to-Earth trajectories of “detour” type are found and studied in frame of the Moon-Earth-Sun-particle system. A qualitative theoretical analysis of these trajectories is performed. A set of the Moon-to-Earth “detour” trajectories for the flight to the Earth-altitude of ~50 km for the atmospheric reentry is defined by a numerical method.
