Visualization of Interstructural Collaborations in Publication Activity of Teaching Staff
In this paper visualizing module developed by authors for data analysis of publication activity of educational organization is considered. The relevance of scientometrics visualizing usage is substantiated. Graph models used for interstructural and intrastructural collaborations are described. Technological solutions for combined evaluation of quantitative and qualitative properties using the visualized models are presented. The ability to use the system for retrospective and variability analysis is marked. The drawbacks of proposed methods of graph visualization are identified and alternative ways for improving the image quality are proposed. Based on the results of testing by Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University scientometrics department staff, practical appropriateness of proposed methods and solutions for decision-making on building the research teams is proved.
