Access to the List of HAC through the user interface
Abstract:
The List of scientific journals of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) is gradually turning into a complex information system tied to the normative documents of the HAC, bibliometric data from eLibrary.ru, decisions of the expert councils of the HAC and working groups engaged in the analysis, ranking and categorization of the journals of the List. An urgent task is to create an officially recognized information system that ensures the filling and development of the List of HAC with access interfaces for different categories of users. The system should include an open interface addressed to the degree applicant to verify compliance with the requirements of the HAC for publications in journals from the List.
