Regionalization at the macro level in the context of deglobalization
Abstract:
It is shown that globalization performs not only a consolidating function, but also has a dividing potential. This was the reason for the segmentation of the world economy into several large zones. The causes of regionalization at the macrolevel are analyzed. The economic factors of the dominance of the model of «new regionalism» (FTA, «FTA+») are revealed. Revealed a change in the trend characteristic of the states of Western Europe and the USA over the past 40-50 years, from deindustrialization to reshoring.
