On graphs with given edge connectivity, articulation points and minimum number of edges
Abstract:
The paper considers the problem of describing graphs consisting of a given number of vertices with a minimum number of edges for pairs of possible values of vertex and edge connectivity. The complete solution is given problem for the case of vertex connectivity 1 and an arbitrary edge connectivity.
