Hua Lo-Ken trees and modular arithmetic with prime power modulo
Abstract:
The report is devoted to the study of polynomial equations in integer p-adic numbers. Criteria are described that reduce the questions of solvability of such equations to questions of solvability of congruences modulo a power of a prime number.
