Cognitive investigation of the complex systems behavior using medical objects as an example
Abstract:
The article gives a brief review of mathematical methods developed to study the behavior of open and nonequilibrium physical systems. Some results of these methods are used in medical field. Three-valued logic, nonparametric and nonnumerical statistics applied to medical data processing. To compare nonnumerical sets, the authors have introduced a measure of their proximity, called indistinguishability. The proposed data processing method in open systems, the “logical symptoms method”, is provided by the author's computer programs complex and can be used in other fields of science.
