Smart City Services Development: Citizens Survey Results in St. Petersburg
The article presents the results of surveys of St. Petersburg residents according the use of interaction channels with the government and participation in city management. Surveys conducted in 2018-2020 by EGovernance Center at ITMO University. During the research, the most demanded services were identified and patterns which affect the credibility of existing services were established. The authors proposed a system of criteria that evaluate the effectiveness of individual electronic services which are included in the Smart City. Also the authors analyze the prospects for introducing new services that contribute to the optimization of the management of Smart City services.
