Digital transformation of the national educational system: Perspectives and risks
Abstract:
The article provides a brief review of legal and regulatory instruments in the field of informatization and digital transformation of the processes in the educational system of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, as well as of the Commonwealth of Independent States, emphasizes major perspectives and risks related to the implementation of the digital transformation of the system of education.
