On the statistical methods of modeling the electron transport in matter
Abstract:
Statistical methods of modeling the electron transfer in a dense matter are developed. The methods are based on the beforehand calculation of electron fluxes characteristics distributions and on the nested trajectories method. The effective “thickened paths” model for modeling the electrons propagation in materials is constructed. The simplified “engineering” model for calculating the spectral electron characteristics is built up. The advantage of the developed algorithms in comparison with widely known MCNP code is shown.
