The today situation in the Russian scientific Internet give cause for concern. The majority of scientific magazines has no full-text Internet-versions. The Internet-activity of the scientist is not considered as a necessary component at its certification. There are not enough web sites intended for science popularization. Possible ways to exit from an outlined crisis are analyzed.
