Philosophy of self-organization. A new view
Abstract:
Most models and theories deal with one level of organization of matter and time scale. This, ultimately, determines the modern worldview. The proposed approach changes this situation, showing how small disturbances, reflecting the influence of other levels of organization, qualitatively change the behavior of nonlinear systems far from equilibrium. Computational procedures help to clarify this, in which the “inaccuracy” of higher digits of numbers fundamentally changes the observed picture. These directions of analysis are called arithmotronics. This direction of ontology changes the attitude to time, returns us to Begson’s idea of the uniqueness of each ex-perienced moment. There are analogies here with the approach of F. Braudel, who be-lieved that a holistic vision of history requires several times.
