Children and digital environment in the context of recommendations for government bodies
Abstract:
The articles discusses the problems of regulating the process of digitalization of children's life. The author of the article focuses on the need for the formation and practical implementation of universal recommendations aimed at creating optimal conditions for the interaction of children and technologies. In the conclusion of the article, issues of the theoretical, methodological and political nature are actualized, related to the studies of the digitalization of children's life and the establishment of constructive dialogue between the scientific community and state governing bodies.
