Deglobalization and Information Sovereignty: The Contours of a New World
Abstract:
This article examines the current transformations of the global economic system associated with deglobalization, the growth of pan-regional reproductive circuits, and the increasing drive of states towards economic and information sovereignty. The author analyzes the mechanisms of mass consciousness manipulation, from the classical to modern digital technologies, including neural network algorithms, microtargeting, and filter bubbles. Particular attention is paid to the role of information autarky as a tool for protecting against neocolonial exploitation and ensuring sovereign development. The article concludes that information sovereignty must be combined with real economic reforms and the promotion of critical thinking within society.
