The problem of the relationship of goal-setting and educational results in the management of the system of general education in Russia
Abstract:
The article analyzes the reasons for the poor educational results of Russian schoolchildren, collected facts from various sources that testify to the systemic crisis of management of the general education system. There are significant differences in the focus on federal, regional and educational organizations. Lack of hierarchical system of criteria and indicators of effectiveness of educational process, substitution of pedagogical sense of efficiency of education with economic efficiency of spending of financial and human resources, violate the analysis of the activities of educational organizations. The article draws conclusions on the necessity of use of adequate criteria and indicators of effectiveness of activity of teachers and managers of the system of general education.
