New meanings of interdisciplinary integration in higher education and its significance in the era of post-industrial transformation are revealed. The necessity of introducing interdisciplinary approaches into modern education is substantiated. The principles of the methodology developed by the author for introducing interdisciplinary integration into the educational process are outlined. The results of the study and experimental practical testing of the developed concept are presented.
