Technological sovereignty as a factor of strategic development
Abstract:
It is shown that scientific and technological progress stimulates the globalization technological process (Globalization 4.0t). In the new world economic order, the leading positions will be occupied by countries with technological sovereignty. The basic institute of development is basic research. To ensure technological sovereignty, it is necessary to develop a new state scientific and technical policy.
