To synthesis of three-valued quasi-complementary MOS structures
Abstract:
Let K(x,y,z) be the function representing the simplest CMOS structure. We establish that any three-value logic function on n variables can be implemented by a functional circuit in the basis {K(x,y,z), x+1 (mod 3), 0, 1, 2} containing n elements which implement the function x+1 (mod 3) and having some commutation restrictions.
