Mathematical modeling of antiviral immune response to hepatitis B virus
Abstract:
Considering the problem of quantitative modeling of the dynamics of antiviral immune response during viral hepatitis B. The main stages the problem solving are considered: construction model equations, creation a quantitative picture of simulated processes in vivo, obtaining an initial estimation for model parameters, describing and justifying the algorithm for sequential identification of model parameters, development of a method for the numerical solution of the Cauchy problem for systems of differential equations with delay. The work ends with the analysis and interpretation of the simulation results from a biological point of view.
