Development and analysis of algorithms for computing optimal disturbances for delay systems
New fast algorithms for computing the maximum amplification of solution norms and optimal disturbances are proposed and justified for delay systems. The proposed algorithms were tested on a system of four nonlinear differential equations with time delay, which is a model of experimental infection caused by lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus. Results of numerical experiments are presented and discussed.
